All prices per night and flat unit exclusive local tax and final cleaning.

Reservations and bookings are valid with a deposit of EUR 200,00 per flat.

Check-In/Out:
On the day of arrival you can move into the flats at 14.00, on the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flats for cleaning by 10.00.

Accepted means of payment:
Cash, bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation conditions:
Unless otherwise agreed, the cancellation rules of the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry 2006 apply:

up to 3 months before arrival no fees 
3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the tour price 
1 month to 1 week before arrival 80 % of the tour price 
In the last week 90 % of the travel price
We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

The travel conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Airplane:
Arrival by plane to Salzburg Airport. Onward journey possible by bus, train or taxi. Flight schedules and bus/train schedules can be found under Salzburg Airport or ÖBB.
